CMInet makes no warranty that the operation of this service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any flaws in the software that comprise this service will be corrected. No oral or written information or advice given by CMInet on or a CMInet authorized representative shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of this warranty.

Limitation of Liability -- CMInet is not liable for any claims or damages whatsoever, including property damage, personal injury, intellectual property infringement, loss of profits, or interruption of business, or for any special, consequential or incidental damages, however caused, whether arising out of breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.

Abuse/Misuse -- CMInet is not responsible for the users of or misuse of this service; the functionality provided here is available to the general public via other means (any computer with a modem), no additional threat or exposure is introduced. The pager number of an individual/group must be known beforehand in order for this service to be used; attempts to abuse this service to make prank phone calls will fail because our paging terminal will discard any pages to numbers it is not configured for. Attempting to misuse this service in any way is explicitly forbidden. Should evidence of misuse be produced to or encountered by CMInet personnel, investigation will be made and/or corrective action taken in the matter possibly including, but not limited to involvement with appropriate law enforcement officials.
