In addition to the Eastern Phoebe, the following were spotted from the window: 2 American Robins, 2 White-crowned Sparrows, 2 American Goldfinches, 2 Ruby-crowned Kinglets, 4 Great-tailed Grackles, 30 Common Grackles, 6 Pigeons, 1 Dove, 100 House Sparrows, 40 Pine Siskins, 7 Red-winged Blackbirds (both male and female), 13 Yellow-headed Blackbirds, 1 female House Finch, 2 Killdeer, 1 Myrtle Yellow-rumped Warbler, 12 Dark-eyed Juncos (Pink-sided, Slate-colored, Gray-headed), and 3 Western Meadowlarks

Spotted in or from the yard on the 9th: 5 American Robins, 12 Mourning Doves, 2 Yellow-rumped Myrtle Warblers, 1 of the Audubon's, Eastern Phoebe, American Goldfinch, about 30 Pine Siskins, 3 Western Meadowlarks, 2 Ruby-crowned Kinglets, 2 White-crowned Sparrows, 8 Juncos (Pink-sided and Slate-colored), 3 male and 3 female Great-tailed Grackles, about 50 Common Grackles, a Townsend's Solitaire, 15 Brown-headed Cowbirds, Several Red-winged Blackbirds, a Chipping Sparrow, a juvenile Horned Lark, a Harris's Sparrow, a bright red male House Finch, a European Starling, a Northern Flicker (Western Red-shafted), about 100 House Sparrows and a few Pigeons.
